1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using promptrack.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Promptrack monitors brand visibility in AI search engines. The Service sends the prompts you configure to AI engines on a recurring schedule, analyzes the answers (brand mentions, position, sentiment, competitors, cited sources), and presents scores, trends, recommended actions and reports. Optional features ingest technical traffic data from your own website to surface AI-driven visits and crawler activity.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Trial & Payment
- The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout, with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled from your billing page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Track brands or use data in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or provide access to the Service to third parties outside your organization or your agency's client engagements
- Use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond the features provided
- Submit prompts containing personal data about individuals
6. Your Data & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the data you configure in your workspace and to the reports generated from it — including white-label reports you share with your clients. We retain all rights to the Service, its software, design and branding. You grant us the limited license needed to process your workspace data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer
AI engine answers are produced by third-party models and vary over time, by region, and by user context. Promptrack measures the answers it collects; we do not guarantee that they match what any specific user sees, nor any particular ranking, visibility score, or business outcome. The Service and its recommendations are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFTLOGIC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 6 to 8 survive termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Legal Information
These Terms are governed by French law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
