What counts as a citation?
A URL the engine attached to its answer on one of your prompts. We collect them per answer, dedupe per domain, and keep the full URL so you can read the exact page.
Do all engines cite sources?
No, and that is visible per engine. Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite most; some engines answer without sources on many prompts. Where an engine hides its links behind redirects, we say so rather than guess.
How do I earn more citations?
Start from the pages already cited on your prompts: answer the community threads directly, pitch the listicles and blogs, and make sure your own pages cover the fan-out queries engines search for.
